Salary & Compensation

Fixed Salary: Up to ₹10 LPA, depending on skills, experience, and interview performance.

Additional performance-based incentives and benefits:

- Profit-Sharing Incentive: Up to ₹3,00,000 every six months (potentially ₹6 LPA annually).
- Monthly Performance Incentive: Up to ₹5,000 per month (₹60,000 annually).
- Annual Performance Bonus: Up to 10% of annual salary.
- Overtime Payment: Additional compensation for work beyond regular working hours.

Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹18 LPA for deserving candidates, subject to performance and eligibility.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Building Consultant / Manager – Building Consulting with at least 4 years of experience in the construction industry.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in construction estimation, quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, cost analysis, building inspections, and project documentation.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing multiple building consulting projects, reviewing technical and commercial requirements, coordinating with international clients and stakeholders, and ensuring accurate and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and execute multiple building consulting and construction-related projects.
- Prepare, review, and validate Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Perform construction cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and cost analysis.
- Review architectural, structural, and engineering drawings.




- Conduct building inspections and prepare technical assessment reports.
- Review project specifications, contracts, and commercial documentation.
- Coordinate with international clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of project assignments.
- Handle project documentation, reporting, and progress tracking.
- Independently manage priorities and responsibilities in a remote working environment.
- Support project planning, team coordination, and process improvements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in the construction industry.
- Relevant experience in construction estimation, quantity surveying, building consulting, or cost management.
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and construction drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of MS Project or Primavera P6 will be an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Solid ownership, leadership, and independent working capabilities.
- Comfortable working with international clients and teams.
