Abacco Advisory LLP is a qualified advisory and consulting firm based in Kochi, Kerala. We are looking for an experienced, qualified Chartered Accountant to lead and manage our Audit and Taxation engagements.

Position: Chartered Accountant (Audit & Taxation)

Experience: Minimum 5 Years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)

Location: Kochi, Kerala (In-person)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

* Statutory & Internal Audit:

* Lead end-to-end statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits for corporate and non-corporate clients in compliance with Ind AS / Indian GAAP and ICAI standards.

* Finalize financial statements, audit reports, notes to accounts, and management representations.

* Direct Taxation:

* Oversee computation of corporate tax, advance tax, and filing of Income Tax returns.

* Handle tax scrutiny, assessment proceedings, drafting replies to notices, and assisting in appeals.

* Indirect Taxation (GST):

* Manage GST compliance, including monthly/quarterly returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), annual returns (GSTR-9/9C),



and reconciliations.

* Advise clients on GST implications, input tax credit (ITC) eligibility, and department inquiries/notices.

* Client Advisory & Team Leadership:

* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on accounting, compliance, and tax structuring queries.

* Review the work of article assistants, semi-qualified accountants, and junior staff.

Candidate Profile & Requirements:

Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (Mandatory active ICAI Membership).

Experience: 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) primarily in a CA firm or audit/tax advisory practice.

Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of Income Tax Act, GST laws, Companies Act, and Accounting Standards; proficiency in TallyPrime, MS Excel, and tax filing software.

Communication: Fluency in English and Malayalam.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
