Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executive Interns to help expand MyCaptain’s reach among students and educational institutions. The role involves identifying potential opportunities, building relationships with students, promoting career-oriented learning programs, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential students interested in skill development and career advancement.
- Promote MyCaptain’s programs, courses, and All Access Learning Pack.
- Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other outreach channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with students, campus representatives, and educational institutions.
- Understand students’ career goals and recommend relevant learning opportunities.
- Follow up with interested leads and support the enrollment process.
- Work towards outreach, lead generation, and enrollment targets.




- Share market feedback and suggest strategies to improve student engagement.

Skills Required

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in pitching programs and interacting with students.
- Interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
- Good networking, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivation, adaptability, and a target-oriented mindset.
