Role Purpose

To plan and coordinate marketing strategies and creative execution for the company and its clients, covering research, strategy, content planning, delivery, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Research brands, competitors, audiences, and trends.
- Develop marketing strategies.
- Prepare monthly content calendars.
- Create reel concepts, scripts, campaigns, and creative briefs.
- Coordinate designers, editors, and production crew.
- Manage content schedules.
- Review deliverables against client briefs.
- Monitor campaign and social media performance.
- Prepare reports and recommendations.




- Contribute to the company's own brand positioning and portfolio.
- Coordinate with Sales on realistic client proposals.

Required Skills & Qualities

- Robust creative and strategic thinking.
- Good writing, research, and presentation skills.
- Ability to convert briefs into actionable plans.
- Practical digital marketing and social media knowledge.
- Organisation, ownership, and willingness to learn.
- Relevant portfolio, case study, or campaign exercise.

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
