Job Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Computer Science & Robotics Subject Matter Expert to develop, review, and maintain high-quality educational content for school students. The role involves curriculum development, coding and robotics activities, assessment design, content quality assurance, and teacher training.

The ideal candidate should have strong computer science fundamentals, practical knowledge of robotics, excellent written and spoken English, and a passion for making technical concepts easy for school learners to understand.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and review educational content for school grades covering Computer Science, Coding, Artificial Intelligence, and Robotics.
- Create lesson plans, textbooks, worksheets, activity manuals, presentations, and assessments aligned with curriculum objectives and CBSE requirements, where applicable.
- Design and validate hands-on robotics activities involving sensors, motors, controllers, basic electronics, and block-based programming.
- Prepare question papers, answer keys, assessment rubrics, and teacher-training resources.
- Review content for conceptual accuracy, grammar, formatting, illustrations, and instructional clarity.
- Incorporate feedback, track corrections, and ensure high-quality, error-free deliverables.
- Collaborate with academic, design, production, digital content, and training teams to meet deadlines.
- Support school demonstrations, teacher training, workshops, and product-related sessions.
- Maintain task trackers, provide regular updates, and take ownership of assigned projects.





Required Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics, Robotics, or a related discipline.
- Sound understanding of computer fundamentals, programming logic, algorithms, and basic Python.
- Knowledge of block-based programming platforms such as Scratch.
- Working knowledge of robotics kits, sensors, motors, controllers, and basic electronics.
- Strong content writing, editing, proofreading, and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently, accept feedback, and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for school demonstrations, workshops, and teacher training as required.
- Willingness to work full-time from our Hyderabad office.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in K–12 curriculum development, educational publishing, EdTech, or school teaching.
- Hands-on experience with robotics kits, STEM labs, or microcontrollers.
- Familiarity with CBSE curriculum, Bloom's Taxonomy, learning outcomes, and assessment design.
- Experience in teacher training, workshops, product demonstrations, or LMS platforms.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
