We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and skilled Home Care Nurses, Caregivers, and Patient Attendants to deliver high-quality, personalized care to elderly patients, recovering individuals, and those requiring special assistance in their homes. ​If you are dedicated to making a positive difference in patients' lives through empathetic and professional care, we want you on our team. ​Key Responsibilities & Duties ​Patient Care & Support: Provide daily living assistance, including bathing, grooming, hygiene maintenance, and mobility support. ​Medical Assistance: Administer medications on schedule, manage vital signs, and provide post-operative or surgery recovery support. ​Specialized Care: Assist patients dealing with dementia, Alzheimer's, stroke recovery, palliative needs, or physical therapy exercises. ​Meal Preparation & Nutrition: Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding according to prescribed dietary guidelines. ​Companionship & Safety: Offer compassionate companionship, monitor patient safety 24/7 (or during assigned shifts), and provide immediate response in emergency situations. ​Errands & Support:



Help with light housekeeping and shopping/errands support as required by the care plan. ​Requirements & Qualifications ​Experience: Previous professional experience as a caregiver, nurse, nursing assistant, or home health aide preferred.
