About the Role:

To manage and coordinate students and tutors across KG–+2, coordinate student–tutor matching and session schedules, monitor student progress, and ensure smooth academic coordination between students, parents, tutors, and One2Grow.

Responsibilities:

 Manage students and tutors

 Coordinate session schedules

 Manage student–tutor matching

 Monitor student progress

 Handle academic coordination

 Understand student academic requirements

 Coordinate with tutors regarding student requirements and learning plans

 Review tutor progress updates and assessments

 Communicate academic updates with parents

 Identify students requiring additional support

 Maintain student and tutor academic records

 Coordinate academic reviews

 Handle academic-related concerns and ensure proper follow-up

Requirements :

 Degree in Education or a relevant field preferred; B.Ed/D.El.Ed or other relevant teaching qualifications are an advantage.





 Teaching or academic coordination experience is preferred; freshers with good academic knowledge and communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

 Strong understanding of KG–+2 academic requirements, school curriculum, syllabus and different class levels.

 Knowledge of student learning needs, identifying learning gaps, assessments, progress tracking, revision and exam requirements.

 Ability to coordinate students and tutors, including student–tutor matching, session scheduling and academic planning.

 Good communication and parent-handling skills, along with strong problem-solving and follow-up abilities.

 Good organisational and documentation skills, with basic knowledge of computers and online education tools.

 Understanding of online 1-to-1 education and the ability to ensure smooth academic coordination.
