Role: In-App Content Manager

Focus: UX Writing & Content Strategy

About the role

We’re looking for someone who can make our app clear, engaging, and easy to use through great content. You will own the in-app content experience, helping users understand the product, discover useful features, and take action.

Key responsibilities

- Write and improve content across onboarding screens, home screens, banners, tooltips, pop-ups, buttons, empty states, and error messages..

- Create content for feature launches, promotions, offers, and personalized user journeys..

- Plan what content users should see, when they should see it, and why it is relevant..

- Work with product managers, designers, and marketing teams to deliver a consistent experience..

- Establish and maintain the app’s tone of voice, writing guidelines, and content quality standards..

- Use user feedback and performance data to identify confusing or ineffective content..

- Test different messages and improve content based on results..

- Keep content accurate, current, and consistent across app screens..





What we’re looking for

- Experience in UX writing, product content, or in-app content marketing..

- A portfolio showing content written for real apps or digital products..

- Strong writing and editing skills, especially the ability to communicate clearly in limited space..

- An understanding of user journeys, content hierarchy, and how wording influences user decisions..

- Experience collaborating with product and design teams, ideally using Figma..

- Comfort using analytics and A/B testing to evaluate content..

What success looks like

Users understand the app more easily, complete key journeys with less confusion, discover relevant features, and engage with practical content.
