Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering

Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in Analyzer, Instrumentation, Process Automation, Water Quality Monitoring, Gas Monitoring or related industries.

About the Role:

We are looking for a technically skilled Sales / Service Engineer with experience in Water & Gas Analyzers and Industrial Monitoring Systems. The candidate will be responsible for installation, commissioning, calibration, troubleshooting, customer support and technical coordination for analyzer systems across various industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle installation, commissioning, calibration, maintenance and troubleshooting of Gas and Water Analyzer systems at customer sites.
- Work on Gas Analyzer solutions covering:
- Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS)
- Portable Flue Gas Analyzers
- In-situ Zirconia O₂ Analyzers
- Process Gas Analyzers
- Trace Oxygen & Oxygen Purity Analyzers
- Headspace Gas Analyzers
- Multigas Analyzers
- Biogas, Syngas, Biomass, Landfill & Producer Gas Analyzers
- Fixed Gas Detection Systems

- Work on Water Analyzer solutions covering:

- Online Continuous Effluent Monitoring Systems
- pH & ORP Sensors
- Conductivity / TDS Sensors
- Chlorine Sensors
- Dissolved Oxygen Sensors
- Turbidity Sensors
- COD / BOD / TSS / TOC Measurement
- Oil-in-Water Sensors
- NH₃-N / TN Sensors

- Handle monitoring and measurement solutions such as Dust Monitors, Stack Flowmeters, Ambient Air Quality Monitoring Systems, Level Transmitters, Pressure Transmitters and Electromagnetic / Open Channel Flowmeters, as applicable to customer requirements.




- Perform technical troubleshooting and resolve issues related to analyzers, sensors, sampling systems, instrumentation and associated equipment.
- Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance and provide timely on-site technical support to customers.
- Ensure proper configuration, calibration and reliable operation of monitoring systems, including data acquisition and regulatory data transmission wherever applicable.
- Coordinate with Technical, Project, Sales and Service teams for installation, commissioning and execution of customer projects.
- Prepare technical documents including Project Reports, Evaluation Reports, Calibration Reports, Service Reports and Installation Reports.
- Conduct product demonstrations and support customer verification, system validation and acceptance.
- Coordinate AMC/CMC activities, including service schedules, spare requirements and customer documentation.
- Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable analyzer / monitoring solutions in coordination with the sales and technical teams.
- Travel extensively to customer locations for site visits, installation, commissioning, service, troubleshooting and customer meetings.
