- 8 years of experience in managing Oracle E-Business Suite financial modules in an ITES environment.
- Strong expertise in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
- Proven experience in costing and billing processes, with a focus on financial accuracy and compliance.
- Solid understanding of procurement and inventory management within an EBS framework.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in creating documentation and training materials for financial systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance the financial modules of Oracle E-Business Suite, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
- Support costing and billing processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions.
- Oversee procurement and inventory management to optimize financial performance and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the successful implementation of EBS projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex financial system issues to minimize disruptions to operations.
- Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for end-users to ensure effective system utilization.
- Regularly perform system audits and generate reports to ensure data integrity and financial accuracy.
- Lead initiatives to improve financial processes and systems, leveraging industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per month
