Key Responsibilities

- Plan and supervise daily truck allocation, loading schedules, and dispatch activities to achieve daily targets.
- Coordinate with Head Office for pick lists, advice lists, dispatch modifications, and SAP updates.
- Ensure the availability and readiness of cranes, hydras, forklifts, and other loading equipment.
- Verify product specifications, quantities, dimensions, accessories, and vehicle suitability before loading.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams regarding product availability, repairs, rejection, and stockyard allocation.
- Monitor loading activities and ensure proper material placement, securing, and safe transportation.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Stores, Security, and Sales teams for invoices, accessories, dispatch documents, and customer requirements.
- Maintain daily records of truck planning, actual dispatch, tonnage, vehicle inspection checklists,



and returnable/non-returnable goods.
- Ensure proper maintenance of dispatch records, vehicle documents, and audit and compliance documentation.
- Resolve vehicle availability, material shortages, loading delays, and other dispatch-related issues.
- Supervise dispatch personnel, allocate duties, and provide guidance and training to junior staff.
- Monitor stockyard organization, material identification, and product movement to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with company dispatch procedures, workplace safety standards, and transportation requirements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
