Role Description The Manager (Social Media) will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of social media strategies across platforms to strengthen brand visibility and engagement. This full time, on-site role based in Pune District includes overseeing content calendars, supervising content creation, and ensuring alignment with overall brand and campaign objectives. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, analyzing insights, and adjusting strategies to improve audience reach, engagement, and conversion. The Manager (Social Media) will collaborate closely with creative, content, and marketing teams,



manage community interactions, and stay current with platform trends, tools, and best practices. The position also requires coordinating with clients, presenting performance reports, and contributing to integrated digital marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, including platform management and campaign execution.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills for creating clear, engaging, and brand-consistent content.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan, structure, and optimize content that supports marketing and brand objectives.
- Experience with social media analytics tools, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, including audience targeting, paid social campaigns, and brand positioning.
- Ability to lead projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in a social media management or digital marketing role within an agency or brand environment is preferred.

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
