Job Summary:
Surya Informatics Solution Pvt Ltd is hiring Sales Executives to meet SME clients, understand their financial needs, and offer suitable financial products. The role includes field visits, client engagement, follow-ups, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet SME clients based on appointments scheduled by the telecalling/inside sales team
- Reach client locations on time as per the meeting plan
- Understand the client’s industry, business model, and financial requirements
- Present company offerings clearly with strong value propositions
- Share basic market insights and competitor information when needed
- Create urgency in the sales process and offer suitable financial options
- Generate leads through networking and basic cold calling
- Maintain regular follow-ups for customer satisfaction and renewals
- Handle challenging client situations confidently and positively
Performance Expectations:
- Attend 6–8 client meetings per day
- Report updates to the manager
- Close 30–40 contracts per month
- Meet SMEs across multiple industries
