About the Role

Rathi Build Mart is looking for a customer-focused and organized CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, handle inquiries, coordinate with the sales team, and ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer inquiries, leads, and follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
- Coordinate with the sales team to track leads, quotations, orders, and customer requirements.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending quotations, orders, deliveries, and feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Collect customer feedback and resolve complaints by coordinating with the concerned departments.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, follow-ups, conversions, and customer interactions.
- Ensure timely communication with customers and maintain accurate records of all interactions.




- Support customer retention and repeat business initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, telecalling, or sales coordination is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, Word, and email.
- Experience with CRM software and customer database management is an advantage.
- Solid follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Accuracy of CRM data and reporting.
- Lead conversion and customer retention support.
- Consistency in customer communication and follow-ups.
