*Junior Architect* with *1+ year of work experience in architectural design and residential projects*, required for a *reputed real estate developer* based in *Andheri, Mumbai*

*Candidates with experience in residential projects and knowledge of municipal drawings will be preferred*

*JD:*

* Prepare architectural drawings and layouts using *AutoCAD and other CAD software*

* Assist in preparing *conceptual drawings, detailed working drawings, and GFCs*

* Coordinate with *RCC consultants, MEP consultants, architects, and other project professionals*

* *Assist in preparing municipal drawings* and ensuring compliance with applicable building regulations

* Coordinate with liaisoning departments and consultants for project approvals and documentation

* *Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress* and ensure adherence to approved drawings

* Assist in material selection, design development,



and resolving site-related design issues

* Support project management, attend site meetings, and coordinate with internal teams and consultants

Salary - *6 lakh per annum* can be increased slightly
