Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed estimates, BOQs and quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications and site measurements.

- Prepare quotations with explicit scope, material specifications, rates, inclusions and exclusions.

- Analyse material, labour and subcontractor rates and maintain an updated rate database.

- Coordinate with design, execution and procurement teams to verify quantities and project requirements.

- Prepare tender documents, compare vendor and subcontractor quotations, and support negotiations.

- Verify site measurements, subcontractor bills and supplier invoices against approved quantities, rates and work completed.

- Prepare client running account (RA) bills, final bills and supporting measurement sheets.

- Track project budgets, actual costs, material consumption and wastage; highlight deviations promptly.

- Identify variations and additional works, prepare cost submissions and obtain approvals before execution.

- Prepare material reconciliations, cost reports and final account statements.

- Visit sites regularly to verify progress and maintain accurate measurement and billing records.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
