Position: Injection Moulding Maintenance Engineer
Location: Walajabad, Kanchipuram.
Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (based on experience and technical skills
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Injection Moulding Maintenance Engineer to handle preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance of injection moulding machines and related equipment. The candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and practical knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of injection moulding machines.
- Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical issues.
- Identify machine faults and minimize production downtime.
- Carry out periodic inspection and preventive maintenance as per schedule.
- Maintain and troubleshoot motors, heaters, sensors, temperature controllers, relays, contactors, and control panels.
- Attend machine breakdowns and ensure quick restoration of production.
- Maintain utilities and auxiliary equipment such as chillers,



compressors, cooling systems, dryers, and loaders.
- Maintain maintenance records, breakdown history, and preventive maintenance checklists.
- Coordinate with the production team for machine availability and maintenance planning.
- Ensure compliance with plant safety and maintenance standards.

Required Skills & Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Injection Moulding Machine Maintenance.
- Good knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Experience in plastic injection moulding/manufacturing industries is preferred.
- Ability to independently diagnose and resolve machine breakdowns.
- Willingness to work in shifts as per production requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
