- Handle European destinations travel bookings. Experience in European market is mandate.
- Recommend travel packages based on customer needs and budget.
- Manage flight tickets, hotel reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Provide information on visas, travel documents, and insurance.
- Coordinate with travel vendors and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain booking records.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of European travel market and booking systems.
- Basic computer skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in travel and ticketing is preferred.
