We are hiring part time Tele-calling Executives who can communicate confidently in regional languages. Candidates will connect with prospective students and enquiries, share information about our training programs, and assist with follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students and respond to enquiries.
- Provide information about available courses and training programs.
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
- Update call status and follow-up details in records.
- Address basic enquiries and direct complex queries to the appropriate team.
- Work towards assigned calling and follow-up goals.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Fluency in at least one of the required regional languages.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and interact with different people.
- Comfortable with telephone-based communication.
