Laxmi Toyota is looking for an experienced Telecaller to join our team at the Berhampur Head Office. The ideal candidate should have prior calling experience, good communication skills, and a basic understanding of the automobile industry, preferably in a car dealership.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, following up on vehicle enquiries, generating showroom visits, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to new and existing customer enquiries.
- Follow up with prospective customers regarding Toyota vehicles, offers, test drives, and bookings.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements, budget, and purchase timelines.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers and inactive leads.
- Coordinate with the sales team to arrange showroom visits and test drives.
- Update customer information, call outcomes, and follow-up status in the CRM or lead management system.
- Provide accurate information about vehicle models, features, offers, and finance options.




- Maintain skilled communication and a positive customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Previous experience as a Telecaller, Tele-sales Executive, Customer Relationship Executive, or similar role.
- Automobile industry or car dealership calling experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of car models, features, pricing, finance, and the vehicle purchase process.
- Good verbal communication skills in Odia, Hindi, and preferably English.
- Confident telephone etiquette, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to manage follow-ups, meet calling targets, and maintain accurate records.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Excel or CRM software.

A proactive, customer-focused professional who can communicate confidently with prospective buyers, handle objections, and consistently follow up on sales enquiries.
