Position: Vehicle Delivery Coordinator

Berkley Hyundai is looking for a well-organized, proactive, and customer-focused Vehicle Delivery Coordinator to ensure smooth, timely, and memorable vehicle deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate recent vehicle deliveries and ensure timely handover to customers.
- Verify vehicle readiness, cleanliness, accessories, and pre-delivery inspection (PDI) completion.
- Coordinate with sales, workshop, insurance, finance, and registration teams.
- Ensure all delivery documents, invoices, registration papers, and customer records are properly prepared.
- Schedule delivery appointments and communicate with customers regarding delivery status.
- Ensure vehicles are presented professionally during customer handovers.
- Explain basic vehicle features, controls, and functions during delivery.
- Maintain delivery schedules, records, and customer feedback.

Candidate Requirements





- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Experience in automobile dealerships, sales coordination, or vehicle delivery will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-friendly attitude with a professional personality.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in documentation.
