Role Description The Project Finance Specialist is a full-time role based in Hyderabad with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. This role focuses on supporting financial planning and control for data center and infrastructure projects, including preparing budgets, tracking project costs, and monitoring variances against financial plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing detailed financial analysis, developing financial models to assess project feasibility, and preparing reports and dashboards for management and project stakeholders. The specialist will collaborate closely with project managers, technical teams,



and senior leadership to evaluate investment options, assess risks, and ensure that projects meet financial performance targets. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with bids and proposals, supporting compliance with internal financial policies, and contributing to process improvements in project finance and reporting.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret complex data, assess project performance, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess solid Finance and Budgeting skills to plan, allocate, and monitor project costs and resources effectively.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Modeling and Financial Analysis to evaluate project viability, cash flows, and returns.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in project finance, infrastructure, data centers, or related industries is preferred.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and financial tools (e.g., Excel, financial reporting software) and strong numerical accuracy.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and manage deadlines.
- Knowledge of financial regulations, corporate governance practices, and risk assessment methodologies is an advantage.
- Should be flexible to work in a Hybrid environment. The job location would be Hyderabad.

Pay: ₹416,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
