Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, inbound enquiries, and other channels.

- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable Zoho solutions.

- Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Coordinate with sales and technical teams to prepare proposals and develop sales strategies.

- Achieve sales targets and business development KPIs.

- Generate referrals and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

- Stay updated on Zoho products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

- Participate in client meetings, industry events, and networking activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role. IT/SaaS sales experience is preferred.





- Good understanding of CRM, ERP, and cloud-based business applications is an advantage.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Robust interpersonal skills and a proactive, go-getter attitude.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and business growth.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Knowledge of Zoho products is an added advantage.

- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time for client meetings.
