About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Community & Marketing Intern to support our customer community, marketing campaigns and lead management activities. You will work closely with the sales, marketing and account management teams and gain hands-on experience in B2B marketing in the IT infrastructure space.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Community & Database Support

- Assist in managing the company's customer community and engagement activities
- Help segment customers into tiers based on purchase history, engagement and business potential
- Categorise customers by product interest, such as Endpoints, Servers, Networking and Storage
- Maintain and update the customer database accurately for communication and follow-ups
- Support efforts to re-engage dormant and old customers

WhatsApp & Email Marketing

- Assist in planning and running WhatsApp and email campaigns for different customer segments
- Draft campaign messages and creatives under guidance
- Track responses, engagement and leads generated, and share regular updates
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign execution

B2B Marketplace Support
Support our presence on IndiaMART, TradeIndia and Justdial by:

- Monitoring incoming leads and forwarding them to the relevant Account Managers
- Following up to ensure leads are attended to on time
- Updating company listings, product details and categories




- Helping review and refresh keywords periodically
- Tracking enquiry and lead performance on each platform

ERP & CRM Coordination

- Support the sales team in using the ERP smoothly
- Log and follow up on issues faced by users with the relevant teams
- Help encourage proper ERP usage across the sales team

Skills & Requirements

- Basic understanding of CRM, customer databases and digital marketing
- Familiarity with WhatsApp and email marketing tools
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong communication, follow-up and organisation skills
- Willingness to learn and coordinate across teams

Eligibility

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Mass Communication or a related field
- Prior internship or project experience in marketing, CRM or lead management is a plus
- Interest in IT, technology or B2B businesses is preferred
