E Software Solutions is looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive – IT Sales to join our Gurugram team and drive international business growth.
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Experience: 1 – 3 Years
Job Type: Full-Time | On-site
What You’ll Do
- Generate and convert B2B leads for IT services
- Identify and engage international clients
- Manage prospecting, follow-ups, and sales closures
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with technical teams to understand requirements and propose solutions
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Sales / IT Business Development
- Strong experience in Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Hands-on experience with Upwork or similar platforms
- Exposure to international client handling
- Valuable understanding of IT services and solutions
- Familiarity with AI tools for lead generation and sales activities
- Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
- Target-oriented and self-driven approach
