- Oversee and manage the electrical maintenance systems.
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are created and followed.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and address safety hazards.
- Monitor and manage maintenance budgets, identifying cost saving opportunities and ensuring productive resource allocation.
- Address guest complaints regarding maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work effectively with other departments including housekeeping and front desk to address maintenance needs and ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- BE /Diploma in Electrical
- C Licence
- 5 to 10 years of proven experience in service /industrial sectors.
- Solid technical knowledge of electrical and plumbing.
- Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety protocols.
- Liaison with government bodies(TNEB,fire dept,TNPCB)
