About the Job
Zorba Estates helps people find the right homes, shops and offices for rent or purchase. We are hiring a Property Field Executive who will explore assigned localities, find properties that are currently available, and share complete details with our office team.
Your Day-to-Day Work
- Visit your assigned areas and look for properties that are available for rent or sale.
- Meet property owners, managers or caretakers and confirm availability.
- Take clear photos of every property you find.
- Send the photos and the exact location pin to our team through WhatsApp.
- Note basic details such as property type, size, price or rent expected, and owner contact number.
- Keep finding new properties in your area and update the team regularly.
What We Are Looking For
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Comfortable with travelling and speaking to new people.
- Good communication skills; Kannada is an advantage.
- Knows how to use a smartphone camera, WhatsApp and Google Maps.
- Basic knowledge of Bengaluru areas is a plus.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Hardworking, honest and responsible.
