Role Description The Sales Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Thalayolaparambu. This role involves supporting the sales team with day-to-day tasks such as handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and maintaining accurate sales records. The sales assistant will coordinate with internal teams to track orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure timely responses to customer requests. Responsibilities include assisting with sales presentations, organizing product information, and updating customer databases and documentation. The role also requires attending to phone-based customer queries, helping manage schedules and meetings for the sales team, and contributing to basic sales reporting and follow-up activities.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to effectively support clients and internal stakeholders.
- Clear and qualified communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle inquiries and relay information accurately.




- Fundamental sales skills, including understanding of sales processes, lead follow-up, and basic negotiation support.
- Solid organization skills, including attention to detail, time management, and maintaining structured records and documentation.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, and word processing) and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi, collaborate within a team environment, and manage multiple tasks in a manufacturing setting.
- Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles, preferably in biomedical, healthcare, or technical products, is an advantage.
- Relevant educational background in business, commerce, science, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
