B2B Campus is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and sales-oriented candidate to manage student admissions, branch operations, HR coordination, and logistics-related activities at our Mohali branch.

Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills are welcome to apply. Candidates with 6 months or more of relevant experience in sales, counselling, admissions, or administration will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on admission inquiries.
- Counsel students about available courses, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
- Handle walk-in visitors, answer their questions, and guide them through the admission process.
- Convert leads into confirmed admissions and work towards sales and admission targets.
- Manage daily branch operations and administrative activities.
- Assist with HR tasks, including attendance, employee records, and documentation.
- Coordinate logistics-related activities and operational requirements.
- Communicate with other branches regarding HR,



administration, and operational needs.
- Maintain admission records, calling reports, and follow-up data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can apply.
- Candidates with 6 months or more of relevant experience in sales, telecalling, admissions, counselling, HR, or administration are welcome.
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Confidence in handling calls, walk-in visitors, and student inquiries.
- Ability to generate leads, follow up consistently, and convert admissions.
- Good organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and manage branch responsibilities.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
