Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive Vendor Development Executive/ Vendor Manager to support our sourcing and quotation processes. The role involves identifying and developing reliable suppliers, obtaining competitive pricing, and assisting in preparing customer quotations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard current vendors
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing
- Prepare and draft quotations for customer enquiries
- Verify material specifications and technical details when required
- Maintain and update vendor database and price lists
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Valuable organizational and follow-up abilities
Experience:
- 0–3 years (freshers with relevant knowledge are welcome)
