Pasumai Indhya, a Tamil monthly magazine and digital media platform, is looking for a talented and creative AI Reel Developer / AI Video Creator with a minimum of one year of hands-on experience.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality AI-generated Tamil news videos, promotional reels, digital advertisements, and engaging social media content.

We are looking for candidates who have practical experience using AI video-generation tools and can independently create professional videos from concept to final output.

Key Responsibilities

Create professional AI-generated videos for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

Develop Tamil AI news videos, magazine promotional reels, and digital advertisements.

Generate realistic AI presenters, news anchors, and cinematic visuals.

Create effective AI prompts, video scripts, and scene-by-scene storyboards.

Produce short-form videos, including Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Perform video editing, voice synchronization, lip-syncing, subtitles, transitions, and background music integration.

Create high-quality HD and 4K video content.

Maintain consistent characters, branding, and visual quality across video projects.





Coordinate with the editorial and digital marketing teams.

Complete assigned projects within deadlines.

Mandatory Technical Skills

Candidates must have working knowledge of:

Google Flow / Veo – AI video generation.

Google Gemini – AI content and visual generation.

ChatGPT – Prompt engineering, scripts, and creative development.

CapCut – Professional video editing and reel production.

Additional Skills Preferred

Adobe Premiere Pro

Canva

Runway AI

Kling AI

AI voice generation and lip-syncing

Tamil voiceover and subtitle synchronization

Social media video optimization

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 1 year of practical AI video creation experience.

Any degree or diploma.

Strong creative thinking and storytelling abilities.

Ability to independently generate and edit AI videos.

Good understanding of Tamil-language content.

Previous experience creating promotional reels or news videos is an advantage.
