Atootbandhan finance is looking for an experienced and result-oriented DSA Manager to manage and develop business opportunities in the banking and financial services sector. The ideal candidate should have experience in Direct Selling Agent (DSA) operations, loan sales, customer acquisition, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop DSA business operations for banking and financial products.

- Generate leads for personal loans, business loans, home loans, and other banking products.

- Build and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and channel partners.

- Identify new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.

- Manage, guide, and motivate the sales team to improve performance.

- Coordinate with banking partners for loan applications, documentation, and approvals.

- Ensure proper follow-up with customers and maintain strong client relationships.

- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and track business growth.





- Ensure compliance with banking policies and documentation requirements.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in DSA operations, banking sales, or financial services.

- Knowledge of loan products, banking procedures, and customer acquisition.

- Experience in lead generation, sales, and business development.

- Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

- Ability to achieve targets and manage a team effectively.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting is preferred.

Salary & Benefits
