Job Overview

We are looking for a practical, proactive Civil Engineer / Site Supervisor on a short-term contract basis (2 to 3 months) to oversee daily on-site construction activities.

In this role, you will act as the key on-site representative—monitoring build quality, ensuring the contractor meets scheduled deadlines, tracking material usage, and serving as a clear mediator between contractors, labor teams, and the property owner.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily Site Supervision: Supervise all ongoing civil and structural work in office to ensure adherence to architectural drawings, structural plans, and quality standards.
- Mediation & Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between the client/owner, civil contractors, subcontractors, and labor to maintain clear communication and resolve site-level disputes promptly.
- Quality & Progress Tracking: Ensure standard curing periods, proper concrete mixing ratios, reinforcement placement, and overall workmanship.



Flag deviations or substandard work immediately.
- Material Management: Cross-check material deliveries, track daily consumption, and prevent wastage or theft on-site.
- Measurement & Billing Verification: Assist in verifying actual work measurements, vendor bills, and contractor progress claims before approvals.
- Daily Reporting: Maintain daily site logbooks and provide concise daily/weekly progress updates (photos and notes) to the client.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven hands-on experience in residential or commercial building construction site supervision.
- Technical Skills: Sound ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings. Familiarity with basic quantity estimation and billing verification is an asset.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, conflict resolution, and labor management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
