We are looking for an enthusiastic and safety-conscious ITI Electrician fresher to join our manufacturing plant. The candidate will assist the maintenance team in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and repair of electrical equipment and machinery to ensure smooth production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in routine electrical maintenance of manufacturing machines and equipment.
- Support the maintenance team in troubleshooting electrical faults.
- Assist in the installation, wiring, and repair of electrical panels, motors, switches, and lighting systems.
- Check electrical connections, cables, fuses, relays, and circuit breakers under supervision.
- Assist in preventive maintenance activities as per the maintenance schedule.
- Follow electrical safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain housekeeping in the electrical maintenance area.
- Report electrical breakdowns and unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
- Maintain basic maintenance records and checklists.
- Follow company safety standards, 5S practices, and standard operating procedures.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and electrical components.
- Understanding of AC/DC motors, switches, relays, and contactors.
- Basic knowledge of electrical tools and measuring instruments, such as a multimeter.
- Willingness to learn industrial electrical maintenance.
- Positive teamwork, discipline, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, if required.
Eligibility Criteria
- ITI certificate in Electrician Trade from a recognized institute.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of industrial electrical systems is an advantage.
- Physically fit to work in a manufacturing plant environment.
