F & B Service Stewards

Experience Required :- Minimum 03 To 05 Years of experience in the Food & Beverage Service Inudstry.

we are looking for Dedicated, well groomed, and service oriented skilled to join our F & B Service

1. Duties & Responsibilities – F&B; Service Stewards

Welcome guests warmly and provide courteous service.

Set up tables with the required cutlery, crockery, and glassware.

Take food and beverage orders accurately.

Serve food and beverages as per hotel standards.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and service areas.

Coordinate with the kitchen for timely food service.

Clear tables promptly and prepare them for the next guests.

Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive and professional service.

Follow hotel grooming, hygiene, and service standards.

2. Duties & Responsibilities – F&B; Service Captains

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the service team.

Welcome guests and ensure excellent dining experiences.

Take orders and ensure accurate and timely service.





Guide and monitor stewards during restaurant operations.

Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.

Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.

Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, hygiene, and grooming standards.

Check bills for accuracy and ensure proper billing procedures.

Brief the service team before duty and monitor service standards.

Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain the hotel's service quality.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant F&B; service experience.

Good communication and guest-handling skills.

Professional grooming and a positive attitude.

Ability to work in a team and handle busy service periods.

Knowledge of restaurant service standards and hotel operations.
