Silsilay Child Development Centre is are looking for a compassionate, patient, and dedicated Special Educator / Counsellor to support the academic, emotional, social, and behavioural development of children with diverse learning and developmental needs. Key Responsibilities

- Assess students’ individual learning needs, strengths, and areas for development.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and suitable intervention strategies.
- Provide individual and small-group support to children with learning difficulties and developmental challenges.
- Offer age-appropriate emotional and behavioural support and counselling.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure holistic child development.
- Monitor student progress, maintain records, and provide regular feedback to parents.




- Promote an inclusive, safe, and supportive learning workplace.
- Guide parents and teachers on effective strategies to support children’s development.

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, Counselling, or a related field.
Preferred certification or qualification in Special Education (such as RCI-recognized qualifications, where applicable).
Experience working with children with diverse learning and developmental needs is preferred.
Strong communication, observation, and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, confidentiality, and a child-centred approach.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
