About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and proactive Property Advisor who can understand client requirements, suggest suitable property options, and guide clients throughout the process. The role involves working closely with clients and the internal team, arranging property visits, assisting with property onboarding, and helping complete successful property transactions.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Connect with clients to understand their property requirements and collect the necessary details.
- Understand whether clients are looking to buy, sell, rent, or lease a property.
- Gather information about their budget, preferred location, property type, and other specific requirements.
- Coordinate with the internal team to identify and suggest suitable properties based on client needs.
- Share relevant property details with clients and arrange site visits whenever required.
- Work closely with clients during property visits to understand their feedback and answer their queries.
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, tenants, property owners, and internal teams throughout the process.
- Assist clients and property owners with property onboarding and the necessary coordination.
- Follow up with clients regularly,



address their concerns, and guide them through the next steps.
- Support negotiations and coordinate with the concerned teams to help close property transactions successfully.
- Maintain client details, property information, and follow-up records accurately.

Skills and Requirements

- 6 months to 3 years of experience in real estate, property sales, leasing, customer service, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and suggest suitable property options.
- Good coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to meet clients and attend property site visits.
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to maintain client records.
- Kannada and English communication skills are preferred.
- A two-wheeler is mandatory for local travel and property visits.
- A positive attitude, customer-focused approach, and willingness to learn.

Salary and Incentives

- Monthly salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹60,000.
- Salary will depend on interview performance, relevant skills, knowledge, and experience.
- Performance-based incentives will be provided in addition to the fixed salary.
