For a client of Omnia , an ISO 9001:2015 certified IT consulting firm, specialising in SAP implementations, digital transformation, business process improvement and analytics, providing end-to-end business and technology solutions to global clients, we are looking for inside sales executive for the Hyderabad head office.

The Role

We are seeking driven, self-motivated candidates who can do consultative sales. The role is ideal for sales professionals who enjoy engaging with clients, understanding business challenges, and helping organisations identify the right ERP solutions to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities for ERP solutions.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business requirements and challenges.
- Present and position ERP solutions aligned to client needs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build and maintain solid relationships with prospects and customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, product demonstrations, and deal closures.




- Follow up on leads and sales opportunities to ensure timely conversion.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and activity updates.

Candidate Requirements:

- 2-3 years of sales experience in ERP solutions
- Experience selling or working with ERP solutions such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and articulate solutions effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30 days' notice period preferred.

Notice Period

- Immediate to 30 days.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year

Education:

- Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

- B2B sales of ERP solutions: 1 year (Required)
