AIWEBBB.COM is looking for a proactive, sales-oriented Virtual Assistant to connect with real estate Facebook group admins across the USA, India, UAE and build paid or free offer promotional partnerships.

Responsibilities

- Find active US/India/UAE real estate Facebook groups and identify their admins.
- Contact admins via phone, Facebook Messenger, or email.
- Introduce AIWEBBB and explain how it can benefit their real estate group members.
- Pitch promotional opportunities such as Facebook group cover/banner placement, sponsored posts, or other available placements.
- Ask about their advertising rates and negotiate or offer free subscription of aiwebbb.com for 30-day, monthly, or long-term partnerships.




- Follow up with interested admins and help close deals.
- Send proposals to qualified prospects.
- Record all leads, conversations, pricing, offers, follow-ups, and deal status in our Google Sheets CRM.

Requirements

- Excellent English/Hindi communication skills.
- Confident making cold calls to prospects.
- Sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or business development experience.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets/CRM.
- Real estate, Facebook group, SaaS, or advertising experience is a plus.

This is a results-focused sales role. We need someone who can not only find leads but also have conversations, pitch, negotiate, and close paid partnerships.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
