Job Title: Senior Architect – Hospitality & Institutional Projects

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect with expertise in hospitality and institutional projects, solid conceptual design skills, and technical proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead architectural design from concept development to construction documentation.
- Develop space programmes, area statements, and layouts while ensuring compliance with FAR/FSI, building bye-laws, and applicable codes.
- Prepare working drawings, technical specifications, estimates, tender documents, and RFPs.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and deliverables.
- Lead team members and ensure timely project completion.





Requirements:

- B.Arch degree is mandatory.
- 8+ years of relevant architectural experience.
- Strong expertise in hospitality and institutional architecture.
- Excellent design, technical detailing, project coordination, and team management skills.
- Willingness to work in person in Noida.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
