We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Customer Relation Executives to support our branch operations across Thrissur, Ernakulam, Palakkad and Idukki district. As a Customer Relation Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong customer relationships, and supporting branch business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist customers with enquiries related to financial products and branch services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Support branch business development activities by promoting company products and services.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate timely resolutions.
- Maintain customer records and update information in the branch system.
- Assist the branch team with documentation and daily operational activities.
- Conduct customer follow-ups and support customer retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.
- Support branch staff in achieving customer satisfaction and business goals.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0-1 year of experience in Customer Service, Banking, NBFC, Sales, or Financial Services.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Malayalam speaking is mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Data Entry).
- Valuable interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to work at any of the listed branch locations.
