About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, promoting our products or services, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, networking, and other marketing channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Promote company products and services to prospective customers.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and reports.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, persuasion, and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Target-oriented mindset with good problem-solving skills.
