Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day gaming café operations.
- Handle customer enquiries, bookings and payments.
- Supervise PS5 consoles, gaming PCs, pool and snooker tables.
- Manage staff attendance, shifts and daily responsibilities.
- Maintain gaming equipment and ensure everything is operational.
- Handle café counter operations, stock and inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline across the premises.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor daily sales and prepare basic revenue reports.
- Help improve customer engagement and repeat business.

Pay: ₹9,900.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
