AutoCAD Designer – Jewellery Industry

Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

We are looking for a skilled AutoCAD Designer with experience in jewellery designing and manufacturing to create accurate 2D and 3D jewellery designs and production-ready models.

Key Responsibilities

- Create 2D and 3D jewellery designs using AutoCAD and relevant CAD software.
- Prepare technical drawings and specifications for manufacturing.
- Design rings, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, pendants and other jewellery products.
- Convert sketches and reference images into accurate digital designs.
- Ensure correct measurements, proportions and design details.
- Coordinate with production teams and modify designs as required.
- Understand gemstone placement, prongs, bezels and jewellery-setting techniques.
- Maintain design files and complete projects within deadlines.

Requirements

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and technical drawing.




- Knowledge of 2D drafting and 3D modelling.
- Experience in jewellery designing or manufacturing preferred.
- Understanding of gemstones, diamond settings and jewellery detailing.
- Knowledge of Rhino, MatrixGold or other jewellery CAD software will be an added advantage.
- Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Salary Structure

- 1–2 years: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month
- 3–4 years: ₹35,000–₹40,000 per month
- 4–5 years: Negotiable based on skills and expertise

Overtime compensation will be applicable as per company policy.

Selection Process

Candidates will be required to complete a practical design trial to assess their technical skills, design accuracy and creativity.
