About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor with a background in civil construction. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, managing labour and contractors, monitoring construction progress, and ensuring that all work is completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with civil engineers, architects, contractors, vendors, and labour teams.
- Monitor labour productivity, material usage, and construction progress.
- Ensure the quality of materials and workmanship meets project requirements.
- Maintain daily site reports, work progress records, and material consumption reports.
- Identify and resolve in office construction issues in coordination with the project team.
- Ensure proper utilisation of construction materials and minimise wastage.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.




- Implement site safety procedures and maintain cleanliness at the construction site.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in a construction company.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings and construction plans.
- Valuable coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage labourers, contractors, and daily site activities.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Bhubaneswar.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of residential and commercial construction projects.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD drawings and construction measurements.
- Familiarity with construction quality checks, safety procedures, and site documentation.
- Strong time management and team-handling abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
