3Wheels.AI is looking for a detail-oriented and technology-driven Data Operations Executive with strong spreadsheet skills and an interest in coding, cloud technologies, Artificial Intelligence, and prompt engineering.

The ideal candidate will support data operations, reporting, automation, and AI-assisted workflows while maintaining high standards of data accuracy, efficiency, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, organize, clean, and validate data using Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Use advanced Excel functions, formulas, lookup functions, PivotTables, and data analysis tools.
- Develop and maintain spreadsheets, reports, dashboards, and operational records.
- Use coding and scripting to automate repetitive data processing tasks.
- Work with cloud-based platforms and tools to manage data and support operational workflows.
- Use AI tools and prompt engineering techniques to improve productivity and automate routine tasks.
- Validate datasets, identify inconsistencies, and resolve data quality issues.
- Support AI-assisted data processing, reporting, and quality assurance activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow data security guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and reporting processes.

Mandatory Skills

- Advanced Microsoft Excel: Advanced formulas, lookup functions, PivotTables, data cleaning, data validation, and reporting.
- MS Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related office tools.
- Coding and Scripting:



Basic practical coding skills for data processing and automation, preferably Python.
- Cloud Technologies: Basic understanding of cloud platforms, cloud-based tools, and data workflows.
- Prompt Engineering: Ability to write effective prompts and use AI tools to complete tasks accurately.
- Artificial Intelligence: Understanding of AI tools, AI-assisted workflows, and practical AI applications.
- Data Accuracy: Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot operational issues.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with Python automation, Excel macros, or VBA.
- Familiarity with Power Query, Power BI, or dashboard creation.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with AI assistants, data automation, or AI-based productivity tools.
- Experience in data operations, reporting, data validation, or process automation.
