Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with solid knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO). The candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration, implementation, and support, along with practical exposure to financial and controlling processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP FICO modules based on business requirements.
- Manage end-to-end SAP FICO implementation activities, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Work on Financial Accounting processes, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Accounting (AA).
- Handle Controlling processes, including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and product costing, as applicable.
- Configure and maintain financial master data and organizational structures.
- Support integration of SAP FICO with other modules such as MM, SD, and PP.
- Conduct functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and issue resolution.




- Analyze business requirements and provide suitable SAP FICO solutions.
- Prepare functional documentation and provide end-user training.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure smooth functioning of SAP FICO processes.

Mandatory Skills and Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of relevant SAP FICO experience.
- At least one end-to-end Greenfield SAP FICO implementation is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of SAP FI and CO functionalities.
- Hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and implementation.
- Understanding of financial accounting, cost accounting, and reporting processes.
- Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- B.E./B.Tech qualification is mandatory.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with hands-on implementation experience, strong functional knowledge of SAP FICO, and the ability to work closely with finance and business teams will be preferred.

Pay: ₹445,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
