Role Overview

Job Title: Cybersecurity Master Trainer (CSR – Education & Skilling)

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Master Trainer to deliver engaging, hands-on cybersecurity training to students across educational institutions in India. The role involves technical training, curriculum development, and practical project facilitation to build industry-relevant cybersecurity skills through CSR-led education and skilling initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum & Content Development

- Develop structured cybersecurity curricula, training materials, assignments, and practical learning modules.
- Create technical content and simplify complex cybersecurity concepts for student-friendly understanding.
- Update learning resources based on emerging technologies and industry practices.

Training Delivery & Facilitation

- Conduct cybersecurity training sessions and technical workshops for students.
- Facilitate hands-on learning using tools such as Kali Linux, Wireshark, and CTF exercises.
- Guide students through practical exercises, projects, and technical challenges.

Lab & Program Support

- Support cybersecurity projects development and troubleshoot technical issues during training.
- Coordinate with faculty, educational institutions,



and internal teams for effective program delivery.
- Assess student progress and incorporate feedback to improve training effectiveness.
- Travel to partner schools and colleges across India for training and implementation.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related technical discipline.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, data science, penetration testing, security operations, or related technical domains.
- Hands-on knowledge of cybersecurity tools, particularly Kali Linux, and experience in technical project development.
- Prior experience in training students, developing curricula, creating technical content, or delivering structured training programmes.
- Relevant certifications such as CEH or CompTIA Security+ would be an advantage.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
