Role Overview

Look for a proactive and customer-focused Client Servicing professional who will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

- Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams.

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

- Coordinate with sales, operations, recruitment, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

- Handle client queries, concerns, feedback, and escalations professionally.

- Follow up regularly with clients and provide timely updates on ongoing requirements/projects.

- Ensure commitments and deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.

- Prepare and share proposals, presentations, quotations, reports, and other client-related documents.

- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding existing client accounts.

- Track client requirements, service status, and pending actions.





- Maintain proper records of client communication and follow-ups.

- Collect client feedback and work with internal teams to improve service quality.

- Support payment/invoice follow-ups wherever required.

- Conduct regular client meetings and review discussions.

- Achieve client satisfaction and contribute towards business growth and retention.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.

- Positive negotiation and convincing abilities.

- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

- Customer-focused approach with good problem-solving ability.

- Ability to handle multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email communication.

- Strong presentation and reporting skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
