Job Description: Social Media Executive

Location: Worli, Mumbai
Reporting To: Head of Marketing

Job Purpose

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage and grow the online presence of multiple restaurant brands. The ideal candidate should have robust content creation skills, knowledge of digital marketing, and the ability to drive brand awareness and customer engagement across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, develop, and execute social media strategies and campaigns.
- Manage and promote brand pages across Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Create engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and promotional creatives.
- Design creatives for events, offers, promotions, and marketing campaigns independently or in coordination with agencies.
- Plan and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns within the allocated budget.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, engagement, reach, and other key metrics.
- Prepare monthly social media advertising cost reports.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates.
- Respond to comments, messages,



and customer reviews to maintain a positive online presence.
- Collaborate with influencers and bloggers to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Execute marketing plans and ensure consistent brand communication across all platforms.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of photo and video editing tools.
- Strong content creation and creative thinking abilities.
- Basic understanding of Facebook and Instagram Ads.
- Ability to analyse social media insights and campaign performance.
- Good organisational skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in social media management, preferably in the hospitality, restaurant, or lifestyle industry.
- Creative, proactive, and passionate about digital marketing and social media trends.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
